Drum Hill Construction Corporation (DHC) was established in 1974. It is a full service excavating firm which specializes in the installation of private, residential, and commercial water, sewer, drainage, and septic systems as well as road building, general site work and excavation. DHC operates primarily in the Merrimack Valley area of Massachusetts extending into Eastern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. The principals of Drum Hill Construction, Ronald J. Loiselle and Blair J. Finnegan, are life-long residents of Chelmsford. They have cultivated an extensive network in the construction industry over the last 30 years and are very familiar with the physical, political, and competitive environment within which they operate. This has contributed greatly to the company’s past successes and continues to be an important factor for future projects. Drum Hill Construction Corporation

complete any contract without being dependent on outside equipment sources.
Over the past 30 years DHC has successfully completed a great number of

Supervisor PERSONAL PROFILES Brenda Latham, Controller Brenda has been with Drum Hill Construction Corporation since 1997. As Controller, she is responsible for all DHC’s accounting functions. Brenda holds a degree in Accounting and attended both Andover Junior Collage and New Hampshire College. Prior to joining the DHC Management Team, she held managerial positions in the finance area for several public and privately held corporations. For Acton Corporation, Acton, MA she was responsible for 11 limited partnerships located up and down the East Coast. For Computer Task Group, Inc., a Buffalo, NY based international consulting firm, she was the Lowell Division’s Accounting Department Manager. For Ameridata, a 1 billion dollar computer services firm based in Minneapolis, MN, she served as the Assistant Controller for the Lowell Division. Brenda has also held positions in smaller privately held companies. Her breadth of knowledge and diversity of background comes from her exposure to the many different types of businesses and accounting systems that she has been involved with over the past 30 years. Brenda resides with her husband, David, in North Chelmsford.
Frank Sexton, Projects Manager Frank has been a member of the DHC Management Team since 1983 and has more than 26 years experience in the industry. He is responsible for site layout, estimating, materials procurement, and project management. He holds licenses from the State of Massachusetts for Construction Supervision and for Title V Septic Inspection , as well as Board of Health licenses from Chelmsford, Westford and Tyngsboro, Massachusetts. Frank is a graduate of Holy Cross and resides with his wife, Laura, in Westford.
Marc Foland, Project Site Supervisor Marc came to DHC in 1999 and serves as a Project Site Supervisor. Prior to joining DHC, he was employed for 8 years by L.J. Ducharme, a civil engineering firm in Bolton, MA. While at Drum Hill Construction, Marc has been responsible for the site development of several large commercial and residential projects including: Maxim Integrated Products, North Chelmsford, MA; Sweetheart Cup, Andover, MA; Knowledge Beginnings, Burlington, MA; Brookfield Estates, Wilmington, MA; and Windemere At Chelmsford, North Chelmsford, MA, a 56 unit community of detached condominiums. Marc is very active in hockey. He graduated from Acton-Boxboro High School where he played on the Varsity Hockey team. He set a school record for scoring by a defenseman in his junior year and was a Dual County League All-Star for three straight years. Marc was selected for the Lowell Sun All-Star Team two years running, and also for the Boston Globe All-Scholastic Hockey Team. A 1987 graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Business Management, Marc, while at RPI, played Division I hockey and helped RPI win the E.C.A.C Championship in 1984 and 1985 and the N.C.A.A. Division I Championship in 1985. Marc now coaches a “AA” hockey team for the Assabet Valley Patriots, the youth hockey organization that he came up through. Marc resides with his wife, Lisa, and two children in Hudson.
